How does the diary system work?
The diary system that we use is a state of the art system that gives a vast amount of information and detail to the Instructor.The diary is updated throughout the day in real-time, enabling Instructors to see the changes that our work has delivered.
ADI Support work throughout the day to build the hours on the diary, which releases valuable time to the Instructor at the end of the day.
The Diary is available on- line at home or in-car.
How does the Test Booking Service work?
The ADI Support Test Booking service works on 5 levels:- We give advice and guidance to pupils on Theory and Hazard Perception Test preparation, such as website recommendations, practice materials and sources of information.
- We can arrange the Theory / Hazard Perception Test booking to provide the initial "Goal" that many pupils look for.
- We can arrange a Mock Test booking for your pupils- with an ADI of your choice, which increases the preparedness of your Pupils through having their driving assessed by another Instructor prior to taking the Test itself, as well as building your business and network
- We can then arrange the Practical Test - once we have your approval - and only at times that you agree..
- We discuss and arrange the Pass Plus course from an early stage, ensuring that the additional business is in place for you.
What will the ADI Support team bring to my business?
ADI Support has been created by a team with a strong Driver Training Background. The team has a depth of experience , from Trainee Driving Instructors, Approved Driving Instructors , Business Management as well as managing the largest region of a major national Driving School. The team also incorporates experience within the Driving Standards Agency, as well as Driving Standards Agency ORDIT registered Coaches. This ensures that what all that we do is focussed upon the Instructor, backed up with a wealth of knowledge and experience. A team that is unrivalled in its experience and knowledge.The ADI Support team will therefore bring experience, knowledge and professionalism to your business. Most of all it will bring Support, which will enable you to concentrate upon what you do best - Teach !
What is the cost of the ADI Support service?
The fee is £20 per week. This equates to less that the price of an average lesson across the UK. The benefits of the service has more than covered the cost for every instructor working with us to date - effectively making the service free!.What is the value of the Business Administration service?
The data available as a key part of the Business Administration service is of value because ;- It provides valuable information about Pass Rates at local Test Centre's
- It gives data about the number of lessons taken to Test for pupils - seen by the DSA as a crucial guide to a pupils preparedness
- It gives information about pupils lost during the year
- It provides week to week records of Hours worked, Cancellations and Earnings.
- You also have access to 12 months free Accountancy Service
- You and your pupils also have access to free Accident Advice Service in the event of an accident during a lesson.
- Remember - the ADI Support service is Tax deductable !!
Why do I need ADI Support?
The ADI Support service gives you the following:- A professional service to you and your pupils that you cannot give whilst busy teaching other pupils.
- Rapid response to new pupil leads, enabling you to secure more business
- Direct control ; - we only act as you request. For example - we only book Practical Test when you agree, at times that you request.
- More time - our service will release more time for you - during the working day and when you get home - all of your admin work is done!!
- Test Bookings actioned correctly for your pupils, at a time that is free on your diary - no double bookings, bookings at times that you agree
- We do not get involved in any technical conversations - we only support your business.
- The Online diary is available to all instructors, we update throughout the day enabling you to see an up to date diary at any time. We usually call Instructors for updates across the week to maintain accuracy, and reduce your costs.
- Pupils and Instructors have access to our Freephone 0800 number to contact ADI Support across the working day - 6 days a week.
- We have supported Instructors across England, Scotland and Wales , to date all Instructors have benefitted to a level way beyond the cost of the service - which means that the service actually pays for itself!
- We maximise all of your pupils - booking courses of lessons onto your diary - but only on days and times that you dictate - we support, we do not manage!
What is the benefit of the Outbound call service - I see that other service providers do not provide this?
Our Outbound Call service is provided to provide the following unique services:- Respond to individual requests from the Instructor - enabling the ADI to focus on what they do best - Driver Tuition
- To contact "lost" or " non active" pupils - to get them back into lessons, we have re-activated over 70% of such pupils to date
- We work to deliver consistant and regular lessons - planning a course of lessons through to a Practical Test. This in turn brings a high level of organisation security and consistancy to your diary
- We follow up on all leads that you pass to us, ensuring that all aspects of your business are maximised
- We will happily support individual requests from Instructors to support their business
What is the benefit of having the Inbound Call service?
An ADI cannot answer calls in car during lessons, and therefore New pupil calls are either missed, or not dealt with until the end of the day. ADI Support can respond to these leads immediately - allowing us to book the pupil onto your diary before the potential new business is lost.....a huge benefit. ADI Support have a success rate of over 85% on converting such leads.ADI Support can also deal with all pupil queries and messages professionally and efficiently whilst you are working.
