SO! You think you can cut it alone?
For those of you who know me and the standards I set, I jumped at the chance of have a professional body to help me maximise my potential earnings, my customer relationship and support and generally my overall picture of who I really am to my customers.
Like most ADI's, I felt I was doing well with my own business, had bookings through to the following month, could see the future potential on my diary etc. Then when customers started to ring to change lesson dates, times and tests etc, I didn't quite loose control, but it was a nightmare to try and contact other customers to move their days and wait for them the ring me back etc, which in total could take anything up to a day to sort out.
Then came a few comments from customers: 'your really busy, couldn't get hold of you today', 'wasn't a convenient time to call you today, sorry', or ring me when you got a minute'. I could hear the disappointment in their tone.
The final straw: Again, I had a busy day, was just about to start a lesson and a phone call came in for a new lead on a learner. The short of this was I lost the learner because I was too busy and had to hurry the phone call.
I did feel un-professional and was really not happy with the way the 'admin' side was going.
ADI Support, I was sent a pro forma about them and immediately clicked with the concept.
I now have a fully fledged diary and maximised to its best potential, a backup contact point for all my learners/customers.
A great team at ADI Support that have the right technology in place for both them and me to access and update my diary whenever I need and most of all a professional, courteous and trustworthy company that can help.

Dear MarkI wanted to write to you to express my thanks for the work that you have done for me in the past few weeks - I could not believe it!!
You were right when you said that I would be able to concentrate upon the teaching - which is what I am good at. To know that the bookings and test apps were being sorted for me, as well as the additional calls that I asked you to make for me - superb!! I did not expect you to increase my business by the amount that you did - with no new pupils either!!
I knew that you would deliver on your promises - but to more than double my income over the 4 weeks was better than even I had believed possible - as you said - you do what you are good at, I will do what I am good at!!
My pupils are all absolutely fine with the calls and help that they have had - especially XXXXX with his test booking (though I am sure the fact that he passed was a help!!). To secure the Pass Plus was a nice bonus too.
My partner is pleased too, knowing that I come home to all the phone calls and paperwork being done, as well as me earning more too!!
I am not sure what you are thinking of charging for your service - but in my view it is a superb service, and one that I would certainly pay about £50 for. I think that provided the charge is around that figure, you will do well, and have a lot of interest. I am more than happy to recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

What a breath of fresh air this organisation is.
Mark will discuss your needs and then sort out your diary for you so you can concentrate on instruction instead of trying to organise your diary as well.
The way in which this is done maximises your time!!
Practical and Theory tests booked.

Lost pupils reclaimed.
This is all done for you in a really professional way by Mark and his team who are all really friendly as well.
Good advice is also provided when needed,and some useful web links passed on as well.

I have been working with ADI Support now for around 4 weeks. I can only say that I was sceptical at the start - I thought I was running a good business. Wrong! My pupils really like having the additional contact point when I am busy, and having their tests booked properly at no extra charge. The cost of the service is a fraction of the extra hours that I am doing, and I have all of my evening work done for me. Wonderful - thanks to Mark, Gemma and the team, so professional. Just a quick note to say a big "thank you" to the team at ADI Support. I have been an ADI for 12 years now and fairly successful to say the least, but having ADI Support with me has made a big difference - the extra business from converting ALL new pupil enquiries, the time saved through booking Theory and Practical Tests for me, and the diary being maintained exactly as I want it - it is superb. Every week I am earning more than I did, AND I get more time to myself and my family too. If ever there was a "no brainer" - this is it.Oh - and my pupils love it too!!
