There is no doubt in my mind, that joining ADI Support was one of the best decisions that I have made for my business.

Being a newly qualified instructor, and jumping straight in at the deep end as an independent, there are so many things to think about. I have made a few costly mistakes but this certainly isn’t one of them! If I'm completely honest, I did have my doubts as to whether it would be beneficial to my business, as I had very little work and few enquiries. However, when you're offered a free "3 week bonus period", you haven’t really got a lot to lose.
 
That was nearly 6 months ago now and I have never looked back. I now feel as though I am not on my own, yet I still have the freedom to decide how I want to run my business. The help and support that I have received in this time has been fantastic. As a result of this I feel that not only has my business grown, but also my confidence. I am able to get on with the job that I enjoy, safe in the knowledge that should my phone ring while I am teaching, the call will be answered on by behalf. It takes away the worry of losing potential new pupils. I know that with Mark and Lisa's knowledge and experience in the industry, it will be dealt with in the best possible way. 
 
I have found as the months have passed and my diary has been filling up, my free time has been diminishing so I have even less time to contact my pupils. All it takes is an email or a phone call to ADI Support, and within what seems like no time at all, I have...current pupils booked in for lessons/practical tests, lapsed pupils restarting, and new pupils booked in for starter lessons which can be prepaid by debit/credit card. Now that’s what you call service!
 
And that's not all! From the very start the marketing tips have never been in short supply. David is constantly thinking up new ideas and strategies to help me to promote my business and stand out from the rest of the competition.

I really don't know what I'd do without ADI Support...

If you are reading this then it is highly likely that you are thinking of utilising the services of ADI Support. All I can say is don’t bother reading anymore pick up the phone and call Mark and his team and let them start to help you grow your business.

 I only qualified as an ADI in September 2008 and found myself working far too many hours unfortunately not enough of these were “teaching hours”. After working a full day in-car I would come home to a variety of tasks ranging from:

1.  Trying to convince a prospective pupil’s parent I was the right instructor for their son/
daughter after finding their txt / voicemail / missed call on my phone.

2.  Booking theory / practical tests

3.  Rearranging lessons

 ADI Support take care of ALL of the above so no more missed calls etc and  I can now come home from a day’s teaching and worry about other more leisurely activities.

As an independent ADI I am always looking to have “The Edge” on all of my local competition having Mark and his team on my side certainly helps me achieve this.

The important part of their service to me directly is how they have blended in with my business, they work for me how I want them to work and not Vice Versa, I say work for me however they are more work colleagues / friends than a supplier of a service and look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.

The small things make a

big difference !!

One of my pupils who has had his test cancelled twice because of the weather and had a new test time somewhere near summertime has been found a cancellation for next week by Mark and his team. The feedback from that pupil is great. He will definitely be recommending me to other potential learners because not many instructors can provide this kind of help for their customers. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and David for your support at one of our recent MSA Regional events in Derby delivering a presentation entitled 'Hot Button Tips to Help Your Improve Your Business'.

For many years I have advertised my business often at great cost with poor results. After being introduced to ADI support and using the service myself I have learned that with a bit of effort and marketing guidance there is no need to spend good money on expensive advertising. My diary hours has increased by 50% since we started working together a few months ago so a big personal thank you.

Many of my clients have praised the quick response in booking/ changing lessons and the booking of driving tests for them which I have to agree is impressive.
