Martin Heseltine ; ADI-S Director of Instructor Training and Development

Martin Heseltine has been a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor for 20 years.

He is a fully qualified Fleet Trainer - having been on the Fleet Register for almost 14 years.

Martin became ORDIT qualified in 1999 – and is qualified to provide ORDIT Qualification Training both in
classroom and in-car.

He has designed and developed driver training courses across a wide range of CPD sectors, as well as
creating a number of Business Development courses. He has also delivered Classroom and In-Car courses
on a wide range of subjects including Fleet training, Coaching skills, ADI Business Development and Check
Test training.

He has passed the Cardington Special Test at Grade A

He is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and holds the Platinum standard for the RAC
Advanced Driving Test.

Martin also holds a Level 3 NVQ in Direct Training and Support as well as a BTEC Advanced Award.
He is a Grade 6 instructor - his most recent check test being 2010, and holds straight sixes on his ORDIT
inspection.

Martin has also completed a course at the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation Course for teaching people with
disabilities to drive

Martin has held Senior Training positions within the two largest Driver Training companies within the UK
– he is now launching his own unique Training Brand with the outstanding facilities that come with ADI
Support team – adding to our range of Services and Support.
